Moonriver Council wants to upgrade the Moonriver's runtime to version 2402. The new version has some important updates, such as reducing the maximum concurrent votes for a given account on OpenGov to 20. The release note for the new version can be found on Github. Open HRMP channel between Statemine and Kintsugi
Summary
This proposal from Interlay aims to open an HRMP channel between Kintsugi and Statemine. On the last attempt (ref 250) the team did not revoke their channel request in time, due to their parachain issues, and the proposal failed to enact. This proposal aims to open this channel to open a channel from 2092 to 1000.
