This motion approves/rejects the first bounty on Polkadot Network.

Koto Studio submitted the proposal to develop the first phase (immersion) for a Polkadot rebrand strategy, aiming to meet the network’s evolving needs by leveraging the input and insights from various stakeholders across the ecosystem. Koto consulted W3F before structuring the proposal, and decided to use on-chain governance, treasury, tokens, and the blockchain network as a novel approach that sparks imagination of how business can be conducted on a decentralised internet.
