Referendum 182 seeks to register an identity for council person JAM. JAM is one of the early council members and you can get an appreciation of his 'genesis story' here. His lack of a registered identity was a personal peeve so with an empty public queue I seized the opportunity for a soft-topic.
I should have done the same for Bruno via batch but it was a total omission on my part. With resignation in mind perhaps it wasn't that bad of an omission.
We are generally caught up with referenda of technical matters, governance can be used for softer matters as well. Let's see how it goes.

The person who wrote this message wanted to do the same for Bruno, but forgot. They think it's okay because Bruno is leaving soon. This referendum is about a softer matter, not a technical one.
