Goal: The proposal aims to swap Shiden Network lease periods between parachain IDs 2007 and 2120, both owned by the Astar Network team.
Description: A democracy proposal was created due to a limitation in the registrar:swap() function, which cannot be called from a general account when both lease periods are ongoing. As a workaround, a sudo call for lease swap can be used.
