"Expect Chaos" - remark chosen by W3F Tech Ed team to demonstrate democracy on Kusama

The entire workflow of this proposal will be used to create educational resources (Wiki page and a video tutorial) to educate the community on Kusama's democracy pipeline.

Irrespective of the outcome of the referenda, the journey of this proposal till the end will be cited in the Wiki documentation and supporting video tutorial explaining how governance works on Polkadot and Kusama. This video will serve as a primer for anyone who plans to make a proposal and to get a sense of the uncertainty aspect of the proposal reaching the referenda queue and subsequently the fate of the referenda. The stats and thresholds, as well as their calculations will be presented in the video, along with hypothetical scenarios which would have swayed the ultimate result.
