This is a proposal to swap Genshiro’s old parachain 2024 to a new one 2226

Unfortunately, the old parachain stopped producing blocks as of October 31st due to the slot lease end time so we’re unable to send swap instructions from the old parachain.

We ask the Kusama community to implement the swap directly on the Kusama relay chain.
