I am proposing this tip to Gilbert Bassey otherwise known as gb#6438 on Polkadot's official discord.  Mr. Bassey is a Polkadot Ambassador and an avid supporter of decentralization.  In this article he compares Kusama's crowdloan module to public ICO's and emphasizes the measures implemented by Kusama to protect the funds of participants.
