The funds applied for in this proposal will be used for the operating expenses of SUBSCAN (Kusama network) from** December 2020 to February 2021**.

According to the October Google Cloud Platform bill from SUBSCAN, the cost to KUSAMA network is about $850. SUBSCAN have already borne the operation and maintenance costs for more than one year. Our project currently lacks sources of income, in order to continue to operate, we need to apply for financial support.

If a more detailed bill is required, we can provide it to council members privately. Please understand that this involves some trade secrets.

This time we did not include all the operation and maintenance costs in the proposal. We are willing to continue to afford part of the cost of these network and contribute to the ecology.

In the future, We are tentatively applying once every quarter. Or, at the beginning of each month, Apply for funding allocation based on last month's bill. We are looking for a sustainable business model. After earning income, we will gradually reduce the amount of application and become an independent ecological project.
