As per the discussion in Kusama Direction today, I am proposing a motion for majority referendum to schedule a new auction immediately after the end of the current auction.

Parameters for the scheduled call can be seen in the submitted preimage - block 9534968 is exactly 5 * DAYS after the beginning of the end period of the current auction - other parameters are taken from prior auctions (starting period of 27000 blocks, current lease period 15)

edit: please vote NAY to this motion, 5 * DAYS is insufficient time on it's own to close the auction after ending period begins.
