The proposal, requested to governance by the Picasso team, aims to update Picasso’s header/wasm ahead of lease 17 onboarding. The reason is Picasso only registered on collator in the original header and the team would like to include more. Please remember Picasso won the 12th auction on Kusama and will be onboarded at the beginning of lease 17, along with other winners.
