I've proposed this to close bounty 15. This bounty was proposed ~20 days ago with a title of Hello all Kusama decentralized and for a value of 0.01 KSM. To present, there are no further details on the purpose of the bounty.
It is my opinion that we should close the bounty to keep the bounty section streamlined on contextualized subject matters.
