The proposal (the first step of an experiment ideated by paulo // turboflakes.io) aims to proof governance can control two anon proxies that will then be used to manage treasury funds to participate in two specific nomination pools. These pools will focus on over-accomplished 1kvP validators.

Please note this motion is the first step for a larger proposal that can be reviewed HERE. The proposal aims to enact the following preimage to be executed via Governance, to test control over the accounts mentioned in the post.
