Hello guys, my name is Leonardo and i'm Brazilian.

I did transfer my RMRK from GATE.IO to my Hardwallet, through the Network KUSAMA, but the asset didn't receive in my wallet.

The support Polkadot say to me that the asset is in the Network Kusama Asset Hub, and i don't know how to access my addres in the netwokr Kusama Asset Hub.
