Opening up HRMP Channel between GM & MangataX Parachains

Hello,

I've created the following referendum to open up HRMP channels between the GM parachain which is supposed to be a community project created for fun to send and receive GMs and GNs
and MangataX which is a DEX so that community members have the freedom to add liquidity for the FREN coin which is currently not listed anywhere.
This will allow anyone who wants to obtain FREN to do so anytime they chose.

The following calls will be made:

• A forcetransfer of 10 KSM from the Treasury to Statemine account (It automatically swaps the MangataX address to the Statemine address on Kusama)
• A forceopenhrmpchannel from MangataX (2,110) to GM [2,123].
• A forceopenhrmpchannel from GM [2,123] to MangataX (2,110).

This is also a fun experiment because I've never actually created this kind of request before so I thought I'd give it a try.

Now the challenge is who will be happy to block 333.33 KSM as a decision deposit for this for the next 14 days ;-)
