Background
Bifrost is a Kusama parachain that recently completed a lease renewal. We registered two paraids to bid for the lease renewal and then swapped to Bifrost paraid 2001 once the bidding was successful.

We now have two parachains that require community assistance to execute the remove_lock
function in order to withdraw the previous 700 KSM locking.

I'm not necessarily objecting to this (especially since I'm potentially shortly going to end up in the same state with my paraid), but if this passes and paraId 2262 is deregistered, what state does this leave the crowdloan that's tied to the para ID?
