Sorry but you seem to have created your own paradox here. You propose the very exact thing you oppose, I fail to see the logic in this. 

Referendum #295 tries to kill #287 & #289. People are disagreeing with each other tremendously, but they are still legit treasury proposals. Just vote Nay if you don't like it. Trying to kill them is clearly done in bad faith. So this is a counter referendum for referendum #295.
