Hello Rafael!

Sorry to hear your alleged predicament, this would be devastating for anyone.

The documentation provides you with two options, Can you please try/comment on these first?:

  1. https://guide.kusama.network/docs/kusama-social-recovery/, or
  2. alternatively, using root origin to recover the account...

On the other hand, please understand that:

  • it will be extremely difficult to ask the whole community to perform due diligence on you and on your request before supporting you in this "recovery".
  • Unfortunately, none of your statements can be taken as proof that you actually owned the account with public address EVLbNe7gU3wHJ4jL8n5qQ1dvjrQxPGkq5WUriwoWiGAoERt (I do not know how this could be proven)
  • There is no way for the public to confirm that access to EVLbNe7gU3wHJ4jL8n5qQ1dvjrQxPGkq5WUriwoWiGAoERt is in fact, lost forever (I do not know how this could be proven).

For the time being, we will be voting against this ref as a way to avoid setting a precedent that may affect the security of other KSM holders out there.

Thanks

Milos
