AIWeb3 Community Feedback on Proposal
After discussions on AIWeb3's Twitter Space and feedback from the community, the AIWeb3 community has decided to NAY the proposal. Below are the main points from the community:
They did not join our Space, and the community is not very familiar with their team. There are still some doubts about how much traffic and contribution this project will bring to the ecosystem once it's completed. The proposal is not clearly written, and it’s not very clear what they intend to do.

If your proposal is rejected, don't be discouraged. We welcome proposers to join our Twitter Space to share the highlights of their proposals. There are also many other Kusama DV who might support your proposal.

The proposal is not clear and the answers provided doesn't provide clarification about this proposal.

Sorry, but now is the time to reduce all un-urgent spendings.

### Short Description:
[UniversalDot Foundation](https://universaldot.foundation/) is building a decentralized freelancing application using Substrate. 

A Minimum Viable Product of the [application](https://universaldot.me/) has already been built by completing a [grant](https://github.com/w3f/Grants-Program/pull/714) from WEB3 Foundation.

We request additional Treasury funds to continue the application's development and launch.
