The **Wish For Change** track requires **60% quorum** according to our [voting policy v0.2](https://docs.permanence.io/voting_policy/voting_policy_v0.2.html), and any referendum in which the **majority of members vote abstain receives an abstain vote**. This proposal has received **two aye and two nay** votes from **ten available members**, with **two members abstaining**. Below is a summary of our members' comments:

We were not aware of it. This seems to just be a default that wasn't turned off. We are removing it now.

I agree that an on-chain Referendum for something like this is overkill (although obviously allowed!). If someone sees something like this, the easiest thing to do is just to let us know.
