This is a follow-up proposal on what we previously have submitted in the Kusama Infrastructure Maintenance Bounty Program. Because the community decided not to extend that program we now file a treasury proposal instead.

This proposal is to further fund the development of the RPC services and to cover the maintenance costs of them.

This new proposal includes one Milestone.

Milestone 1: Continue to run the Kusama, Statemine and Westmint RPC services on dedicated hardware, located at small independent co-location sites in Sweden and in Tunisia.

• Our Kusama RPC node served on average 3,476,205 requests per day and in total 312,858,450 during the last quarter.
• Our Statemine RPC node served on average 584,707 requests per day and in total 52,623,630 during the last quarter.
• Our Westmint RPC node served on average 127,295 requests per day and in total 11,456,550 during the last quarter.
