The value requested on this proposal is invalid!
My mistake, a simple copy past of 1,923.208 from Subscan to Polkadot.js.org made the conversion wrong and i haven't confirmed the value when signing the transaction with polkadot js extension.
Please reject proposal number 194 and consider the correct proposal 195
