We propose to develop a council-governed Wiki in Kusama capable of
storing content such as subjective agreements, guidelines for treasury management,
onboarding information, hashes, and links to official software releases, branding material,
and other important information. The Wiki can only be updated on-chain and by the
council.

The work to be done consists on integrating our existing technology for on-chain GIT-like content management within Kusama blockchain.

The work will take 10 weeks of development and we have budgeted a cost of 17.5k USD. After this, the Wiki will be available to be used by the council and Kusama's community in general.

This proposal corresponds to the first payment of 20% (3.5k USD at 7.5 USD/KSM) of the total amount and it will cover the work until the first milestone is delivered. Two other payments, of 32% and 48%, are planed after that intermediate milestone and the final one are delivered, correspondingly.
