integrate encointer runtime into fellowship repository (RFC22)
stabilize and refactor Encointer mobile app to use PolkaDart
grow Nyota community in Tanzania
prepare community in Puerto Madryn, Argentina
establish an association of acceptance points in Zurich to grow the network and close economic cycles

outlook:

with a minimal but powerful team we aim to keep the Encointer parachain running and well-maintained
we aim to focus on supporting and growing the global south communities where our tech promises the biggest impact at low costs
