Do you have any DAO's planning to use this?

[@0xTaysama](H9mJBYyCVge7TMhurWJUt7fKBmFY8aeuBgS3Fx6sdgPXB7Y-kusama) Hi! there are 3-4 local use cases in Latam we are sure going to launch as *commercial communities* that will benefit from the payments infrastructure, they are about decentralized on&off-ramps, ticketing for events, e-commerce and real state. Virto can also become an "infrastructure as a service" community(offering self hosted decentralized communications powered by Matrix+integrations).

Within the ecosystem we also want to reach out and help on-board existing or long-due communities that not necessarily will use the payments pallet but can benefit from a more robust and decentralized set up to manage their organization so they don't have to (ab)use multisigs+proxies+bots, they could instead quickly set up their own openGov-like governance, have memberships, ranks, tokens, stake KSM or receive delegations and participate in the relay chain's governance as a community. We will also allow to have subgroups within the community with their own governance tracks, smart contracts and more. 
An example of communities I'd like to personally help bootstrap setting up their Matrix server with domains I have available could be ksm.expert/dot.expert: for curators that can charge for their expertise in Kusama/Polkadot matters like evaluating proposals, or ksm.builders/dot.builders: for developers that could be payed as freelancers for specific projects.

Anyone in need of a DAO in Kusama(and Polkadot via bridge) please reach out! we are very interested in creating a great DAO experience and add support for any spacial missing functionality :)

I read the previous proposals and documentation , here is my concerns:
 - You already spend 282,785$ what is the results for Kusama and/or Polkadot ecosystem? 
- You are building case for businesses why Kusama Treasury  need to finance 100% of your expenses?
- There is no MVP and proved interest from the community , you ask 60K per month with no proof of efficiency. 
- On my point of view , you need to approve the interest and find clients for the MVP you build, or approve the reasons of such a big spendings. Its not looks like small experiment now. I dont see the reasons why Kusama Treasury need to finance full development of product that have no proved benefit for the ecosystem. 
- You already got funding , I monitor Polkadot/Kusama space on daily basis but I dont see mentioning and interest across the community. You asking a lot, it need to be proved demand from the community for this product. Maybe it make sense to spend some efforts to increase the awareness about the product you build.

Following the feedback from [ref#342](https://kusama.subsquare.io/referenda/342) and the almost successful [ref#349](https://kusama.subsquare.io/referenda/349) we've decided to go for a simpler proposal that doesn't use the confusing recurring payment structure via scheduler on the Treasurer track. 

This proposal is a **3 month budget**(Q2) with a reduced and focused scope, to put the many tools and libraries we've developed the past year to work in the Kreivo parachain to make the simplest yet most powerful "**DAO factory**" in the ecosystem where users will be able to conduct real-world businesses thanks to its advanced payment system. Concretely we look to on-board 5 to 10 new DAOs(communities) by the end of Q2 to help us gather important feedback that help us build a product the Kusama community but more importantly regular users will be happy to use.

The team will also use the funds to contribute to the core Polkadot protocol via the technical Fellowship in topics we've become quite proficient like governance improvements.
