Encointer Retroactive Proposal for July-Dec 2024

Encointer is a project that has been working with a small budget and is asking for more money for the rest of 2024. They want to spend 64,300 Swiss Francs, which is equal to 70,910 US Dollars, for 6 months. Here are some of the things they have done:

1. They helped the LEU Zurich community make decisions about their community using a new way of voting.
2. They set up a way for communities to share money and make decisions together.
3. The Encointer team won an award from Blockchain Switzerland called the InnoBooster award.
4. A new community in Zaira, Nigeria, is starting to use Encointer. They are using a solar-powered computer to help with this.
5. The Nyota community in Tanzania is growing and doing well.

Overall, Encointer has been working hard to help communities make decisions and share money in a fair way.
