Make Kusama database snapshots available on Polkashots.io

Service description

This is a proposal to make kusama snapshots available on the Polkashots website and update them regularly.

We will be providing:

• archive snaps of both Parity and Rocks
• full node (pruned) snaps of both Parity and Rocks

Since this is the first time we are submitting, we are submitting for one month only. We will deploy the kusama snapshot engine upon acceptance of this proposal, after amendments if needed. At this point, the snapshots will be available to download on the website. The next proposal will be submitted after one month of uptime.
