I’m truly grateful for the support I’ve received from the Kusama ecosystem. I’m taking on significant responsibility by being personally and legally accountable for Bloque’s compliance and operational infrastructure, on top of everything we’re building. This is a project for all of us. Bridging real-world use cases requires using these funds on a daily basis, and we’re making that possible with RESULTS!

The funding request is ~ $72,000 for 6 months ($3,000 × 4 team members × 6 months).

Summary

Bloque is a unified SDK to embed stablecoin into digital products. With a few lines of code, teams ship wallets, local rails, global payouts, virtual accounts, cards, and swaps, bridging DeFi potential for builders who understand customer pains. Meanwhile, we absorb the complexity while safeguarding value in the Kusama Hub.

This Stage 3 request is a targeted engineering and operations scale-up to keep current production reliable and expand capability: retain the core team, add backend capacity, and extend spend support beyond dUSD to local tokens (e.g., COP, MXN, BRL) so Kusama can capture real-world commerce denominated in local currencies.

Objective

Objective 0: Reach break-even

• Result 1: Achieve monthly net profit ≥ $0 (revenue − COGS − OpEx).
• Result 2: Maintain burn multiple ≤ 1.0 (net burn / net new ARR) for the period.

Objective 1: Scale local-currency payments volume

• Result 1: Reach $500,000 USD-equivalent in processed volume across COP/MXN.
• Result 2: Maintain weekly tracking/reporting of COP/MXN TPV (single source of truth).

Objective 2: Launch OpenClaw Agents debit card

• Result 1: Ship the debit card for OpenClaw Agents to production (cards issuable).
• Result 2: Complete first successful live transaction by an agent.

Objective 3: Run a highly reliable infrastructure

• Result 1: Maintain ≥99.9% monthly uptime for production infrastructure.
• Result 2: Track incidents with postmortems for 100% of Sev1/Sev2 events.

Objective 4: Expand distribution via company onboarding

• Result 1: Onboard 15 companies to production (live + first transaction).
• Result 2: Achieve 15/15 integrations with completed go-live checklist.

Personal Note

I’ve been coding nonstop for months, Monday through almost every Sunday, to keep us moving forward. I’m honestly exhausted and starting to burn out. We’re at a point where extra hands aren’t a “nice to have,” they’re what will let us keep growing and actually make this happen.
