Dear Council,
I wish to propose a tip to Jim at CertHum for an innovative tool that displays the location of active Kusama validators on a global map. The tool uses peer data from multiple nodes to determine which of them are ~~active ~~validators and retrieves their IP addresses. With the IP addresses he is able to ascertain their geographic location and plot it on a global map.
This is a ground up approach to determining validator locations directly from the source as compared to others that use data from third party sources such as Telemetry.
The tools is particularly useful to get a birds eye picture of the geographic decentralization of Kusama's active validators. Jim has promised to deliver the Polkadot variant Soon.
