I am proposing a tip for DotScanner.com to cover the costs of March 2022 for hosting the explorer (last one to cover Feb 2022 was proposed on Polkadot). We are monitoring this on a monthly basis for now since the team is adding new enhancements that increase the monthly cost of hosting - hence the monthly coverage for now.
The reason we decided with the team in opening a tip instead is solely due to the fact the amount is so small that it does not make sense to go through a motion process to execute this.
The request is for 4.8 KSM at $160 USD (Subscan EMA30).
