To aid a community member who lost 8 KSM by mistakenly sending funds directly to a nomination pool stash address

Dear council,

I have opened a tip for a community member who mistakenly sent 8 KSM directly to nomination pool 58 instead of using using the NominationPools.Bond_Extra extrinsic.  By this action and given that no one holds the private key for the destination account; the user is now unable to access funds. Considering the experimental nature of the network and the fairly low token value I would like to reimburse the community member.  

In support of the request please find references below

• All transferred funds to the pool's stash address = 204 KSM
• Pool's total bonded = 196 KSM

There is some discussion on the topic as a git issue with input from both Kian and Rob.
