For continued efforts fighting scam actions on Telegram groups to help our community

This user has been working for the past few months in identifying scammer accounts on telegram groups, following their actions and behaviours, documenting this and requesting blocks from Telegram to their accounts. His actions, among others:

1. reporting
2. flagging
3. sending takedown requests
4. putting out warnings
5. answering community questions

I would like to continue supporting these efforts until we can frame this actions in a structured way using treasury funds.
