For NFT pallets development as part of the Kusama NFT Strategy

The Usetech team has been an essential member of the NFT Strategy, helping on the infrastructure side of things and on the development of the pallets needed to make NFTs on Kusama a reality long-term. The team developed 4 pallets, that can be found below:

Please note these still need integration tests and review before deployment. In the near future, these pallets are to be deployed on Kusama and integrated with Chiba Gallery, PolkadotAsset JS and other asset creators and galleries, will complete the first part of our experiment with NFTs on Kusama.

This tip should also include any extra effort and time the Usetech team invested in advising the NFT Strategy group and giving their input on galleries, creators and storage ideas.
