Vegas_Life has been very active in answering community questions on several polkadot and Kusama channels, and helps the community throughout issues, questions and requests of all kinds.
He has been lately very active moderating the discussion and gathering info on the staking limitations and issues encountered on Polkadot: this will be evident for anyone following the Polkadot Direction channel. I would like for the Council to reward such efforts more regularly, showing appreciation for the work done in educating, supporting and moderating complex discussions.
