Dear Council,
I am proposing this tip to Jay Chrawnna for a video that describes the roles and responsibilities of the council, how the election system works and finally a walkthrough on how to select a council member. His particular presentation style keeps the attention of the audience with pop-culture references and a well articulated tone.
It is in my opinion that governance is a highly under appreciated aspect of the ecosystem and specifically that many don't understand the duties of the council. I will also extend my position as to say that many don't know about the voting process and that they can vote with bonded funds.
With this said I hope that Jay's video will aid community members to appreciate all points related to the council and gain their interest in governance by large.
