Cyberfuture on Parachains is an online event organized by Bitfwd 比特未来 to educate the community about Polkadot and its latest developments. The event will be held on April 15th and 22nd, 2021, and will be divided into two sessions.

DeepDAO is a platform that helps people find and learn about DAOs, which are groups that make decisions together. DeepDAO tells us about over 100 big DAOs on five different platforms and they want to add more.

The people who made this idea want to add the Kusama Network, which is a way to try out new ideas, to DeepDAO. They think this will help them learn how to organize the information they collect. If they do this, Kusama will be listed with all the other DAOs and ranked based on different things. There will be special sections for each DAO with links and information about them.

OnFinality is a SaaS platform that provides infrastructure services for the Kusama/Substrate community. They have launched a shared node API Service that is free within usage limits and gives access to both the Polkadot and Kusama networks. The second milestone, Geolocation Routing, will help maximize the use of different pools of nodes and quickly switch to alternative pools in different geographic regions if one goes offline. OnFinality served over 17.682 million requests in a single day on February 24, 2021, and plans to maintain a free tier for users with 500,000 requests a day. They may offer additional paid tiers for more usage in the future and continue to provide one-click deploy dedicated node access to Kusama for customers needing more than the API service offers. Users can access the public API service by creating a free account or connecting through Polkadot.js.

Mobile wallets are becoming popular, but they don't have the same security as browser extensions. We need better mobile versions of these tools for Polkadot. Web3Modal is a toolkit that helps developers create apps that work with different signing solutions. Polkadot has lighter signing solutions than Ethereum, but we should still explore remote signing and relayed signatures.

A new idea is to have a page that stores encrypted keys and lets developers communicate with it for signatures. This could range from a very secure self-hosted page to a less secure hosted wallet. We need a curator who knows about mobile wallets, Walletconnect, Portis, and Web3Modal to help create a mobile-first signing solution for Polkadot without needing extra apps.

The curator should not be involved in the development of the solution, but having knowledge of the ecosystem and connections with teams is helpful. We want to fund several proof-of-concept sub-bounties for self-hosted solutions and then audit and polish the best ones.

Rotki is working on integrating the Kusama Network into its platform. This will allow users to manage their Kusama blockchain accounts, similar to how they handle Ethereum and Bitcoin. The integration will include account imports, balance queries, transaction querying, and staking information. Milestone 2 will focus on:

PolkaStats is a Substrate block explorer that provides staking and economic data for validators and nominators. It was created in La Colmena, a crypto community in Spain, and focuses on Proof of Stake chains. PolkaStats is different from other explorers because it is JavaScript-based, uses Vue.js/Nuxt.js frameworks, and allows wallet functionalities.

PolkaStats has 2,800 unique users and 4,500 sessions per month, with visitors from 89 countries. The project is asking for funds to cover operational expenses from December 17, 2020, to March 17, 2021, which totals to 6.27 KSM. The funds will be used to pay for server rentals to operate PolkaStats for Kusama and Westend networks.

A sub-bounty can only be opened using funds from an active bounty, with the curator able to allocate a specific amount to a sub-bounty and reward the task after completion. Bounty Proposal #1: Sub-Bounties Extension Implementation (PLEASE REJECT)

Dotreasury M2 is a proposal to continue the development of the doreasury platform. The main goals for M2 are:

1. Create an account system with registry, login/logout, and binding with web3 addresses.
2. Develop a funded projects list and detail page to provide information on projects supported by treasury funds.
3. Add remarks support on expense and project detail pages from logged-in users and anonymous users.
4. Include a list of burnt records.
5. Show treasury income distribution, possibly with a doughnut chart.
6. Improve previous work by solving issues and adding more documentation and test cases.

The estimated time for M2 is 1.25 months with a cost of 438 KSM. The funds will be used for developers, a designer, server fees, and a cloud MongoDB for stable deployment. The final output will be new features on doreasury.com and updates to the code repository. The team's next plan is to introduce a retrospect mechanism to the treasury workflow and build a reputation system for treasury participators. Integration with Polkadot is planned after M2.

Fearless Wallet is a mobile app for iOS and Android that works with Kusama and Polkadot. It is made by SORAMITSU and is supported by Kusama Treasury. This wallet lets you talk to the blockchain without any extra steps. 

In the third stage, they want to make the app better and add more features, like staking. They also want to make it easier for other apps to work with Substrate networks.
