Build a bounty collaboration site

One of the most important goals of parent bounty is to facilitate the collaborations between dotsama and developers.

The collaborations will happen mainly in the way of child bounties. A child bounty is created with a specified task, while developers can apply it with their polkadot keys. The child bounty curator will be in charge of assigning developers, reviewing submissions and doing final award.

We need a site to help curators and developers to collaborate with each other. This site has been delivered by OpenSquare team, and this child bounty itself will be shown as a demo on the site. Check here for this child bounty on the bounties collaboration site.
