Hello, Polkadot Community! We are PolkaTube, a passionate team dedicated to strengthening the Polkadot ecosystem while nurturing a dynamic community of developers and enthusiasts. Our team is composed of Gerard, a prominent content creator in the Spanish-speaking crypto realm, and Domenico, an accomplished Computer Engineer, Polkadot Ambassador, and WEB3 enthusiast. In terms of production, we have a dedicated video editor and a prominent graphic designer to handle all visual aspects, including YouTube thumbnails, didactic images, and more. Additionally, we also receive timely, on-demand assistance from an external SEO consultant.

2 - NICHE FOCUS
While we have organically covered Polkadot in the past, this proposal targets more specialized content that aligns with our goal to attract new developers into the fold. These videos will provide a unique entry point for those who are new to Polkadot's technical aspects.

3 - ORGANIC GROWTH
At PolkaTube, we take pride in our ability to foster organic growth within the Spanish-speaking Polkadot community. Our dedication to providing valuable and informative content has enabled us to achieve remarkable milestones. Within just 2 months, we successfully garnered a community of 1000 subscribers without the need for paid advertising through SEM (Search Engine Marketing). This achievement was made possible through our commitment to SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies and the delivery of content that resonates with our audience.
PROPOSAL GOALS
Developing Talent: Our primary objective is to attract, educate, and nurture a new generation of Polkadot developers. The proposed video series will delve into the intricacies of RUST programming, Substrate, and the Polkadot ecosystem, making it an invaluable resource for anyone looking to join our community.
Spanish-Speaking Potential: We recognize the vast reach of the Spanish language, with over 550 million speakers worldwide. By providing content in Spanish, we aim to tap into this vast pool of potential developers and enthusiasts who may not have had easy access to Polkadot resources.
Educational and Persuasive Content: Our videos are designed to be both informative and persuasive. They will guide viewers toward practical involvement in the Polkadot ecosystem, whether through programming or other contributions.
Requested Funds:
The funding we request, which will be allocated over a period of 4 months, will support the creation of at least 15 high-quality educational videos, as well as at least 5 SHORTs to enhance our content organically. These videos and SHORTs will cover in-depth technical topics, requiring comprehensive research, scripting, editing, and attention-grabbing thumbnail design. The sum of 4895 DOTs at a rate of $3.94 using EMA30 here amounts to US$19,286 at the time of writing this proposal.
