Polkadot Pulse 1.0 is set to take place on December 7th in Bengaluru, India during EthIndia, the world's largest ETH hackathon, also as an official ETHIndia side event in collaboration with IBW, India Blockchain Week by Hashed. This strategic collaboration with IBW and timing during the busiest blockchain week in India adds an exciting dimension to Polkadot's presence. It's a unique opportunity for Polkadot to make a significant impact and have its own dedicated event amidst the blockchain enthusiasts gathered for IBW and ETHIndia.
The primary motivation behind this event is to seize the extraordinary opportunity presented by this bustling blockchain week to elevate Polkadot's presence.
We aim to bring together around close to 350 attendees along with 3k atteendees of IBW under one roof, including the ecosystem parachain teams, to showcase projects and engage with both the Indian/Global community and leave a long lasting impact.
Our team recognizes the potential synergy between the Polkadot ecosystem and the dynamic blockchain community gathering for ETHIndia and IBW. By hosting Polkadot Pulse 1.0 and Polkadot Networking Night alongside this highly anticipated week, we aim to educate, engage, and inspire developers, investors, and industry leaders about the remarkable capabilities of Polkadot.
Our team is composed of enthusiastic members who are deeply engaged in the Polkadot community. We are passionate about creating an event that leverages the energy of this blockchain epicenter in India to further expand Polkadot's reach.
We've observed the growing enthusiasm for blockchain technology in India and the immense success of our previous event i.e Polkadot Now India.
These factors, combined with the prominent status of ETHIndia and IBW by Hashed (organizers of Korea Blockchain Week), have driven us to introduce Polkadot Pulse 1.0. The event's goal is to attract developers, researchers, media, investors, and other stakeholders, fostering knowledge sharing and forging new collaborations within the Polkadot ecosystem.

Note : We were supposed to go through events bounty however there seems to be some issue with the application form (Form 1) of extra ordinary events, Form 1 is currently inactive hence leaves us of no choice other than taking treasury route since we have very less time for preparation and we cant afford to delay anymore.
Due to time constraints, we will expedite the submission of this proposal on-chain.
