Proposal Overview
Having successfully passed two proposals previously (Z3R0 and the W3BHUB platform), I am humbly seeking the support of the community and voters to raise my current proposal. Despite dedicating over two and a half years (+1 in prep behind the scenes) to the Polkadot ecosystem without any financial compensation or assistance, I remain committed to its growth and advancement.
Background
Throughout my tenure, I have proactively reached out to the council, alliance, and various individuals and teams, seeking guidance and support in securing this proposal's approval as well as building out new initiative's. However, despite my efforts and the ecosystem's professed values of community, betterment, and collective success, these entities have failed to extend a helping hand.
Analysis
Through careful examination of the treasury's operations, it has become evident that a small group wields significant control over the allocation of funds. This centralized approach raises concerns about fair access to resources and the potential for undue influence.
Personal Experience
My interactions with Polkadot ambassadors and teams have been marked by disappointment and frustration. Despite my unwavering commitment to the ecosystem's success, I have faced resistance and neglect. This disheartening experience reinforces the need for a more equitable and supportive environment for all contributors.
Solution
To foster a thriving ecosystem where creativity and innovation flourish, we must recognize and reward those who selflessly dedicate their time and effort. My actions, such as promoting 99% of the projects & community members and recycling hub ambassador rewards (those whom paid), demonstrate my unwavering commitment to community engagement and selfless contribution.
Precedent
Failing to acknowledge and support my contributions would set a detrimental precedent, potentially discouraging others from actively participating in the ecosystem's growth.
Examples
The allocation of significant funding to individuals like Raul Pal's group "Real Vision" and Chico Crypto, who appear to prioritize personal gain over the ecosystem's well-being, raises concerns about the distribution of resources. Also with the like's of "The Kusamarian AAG" show of which I have been told I have to attend to gain proposal support makes thing's more clear as in we must first gain approval of ChaosDAO members? This is a very centralised way of operating within a right wing ideology yet to mention the delegation of votes being concentrated by such party's.
(I would also like to point out the information within Chico Crypto video regarding Avail was flawed & both incorrect. Helping such channels and individuals leads a bad example).
Call to Action
We must meticulously evaluate the motivations behind reward allocations, ensuring that those receiving support are genuinely committed to the ecosystem's growth and sustainability. While videos are a valuable form of content creation, replicating existing material without introducing novel insights should not warrant substantial compensation.
Conclusion
My dedication to the Polkadot ecosystem extends beyond financial rewards. I am driven by a passion for fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where innovation thrives. My stack of new IP and initiatives will undoubtedly contribute to the ecosystem's growth and success.

This first set of cross-chain proposal's was NOT an ask of total balance seen but was an introduction to "PolkadotLoans" & Sub-Treasury benefits. The first of it's kind and still a better way of doing thing's than those seen thus far imo.
