I found this community because I was searching about open governance related to public development efforts. Previously, I participated in Cardano Project Catalyst which has a similar workflow of Polkadot OpenGov. In Cardano's project, everyone can submit their proposals, everyone can review those proposals, and everyone gets rewarded in the end.
I come from a software engineering background and has 3 years of experience including working in Indonesia's biggest e-commerce, Tokopedia. I believe my technical software engineering background, previous open governance experience in Cardano, and interest in cryptocurrency would be a good fit for Polkadot Technical Fellowship program.
