Business Development Strategy:

• Onboard DAOs into the Virto and Kusama/Polkadot ecosystems.
• Engage 22 interested organizations through educational and onboarding programs.
• Cover transaction fees, purchase memberships, and provide a small experimental treasury.

Current Approach:

• One-on-one relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintain a digital presence to attract new DAOs and prospects.
• Strengthen the image of the Kusama/Polkadot/Virto ecosystems for businesses and markets.

   • Tailored educational programs for organizations to experiment with blockchain.
   • Previous success with crash courses on digital identity, business architecture, and web3 technology.

2. School for DAOs:

   • Personalized advisory programs highlighting blockchain benefits.
   • Curriculum covering web3 introduction, blockchain basics, wallets, digital identity, tokens, governance, and more.

3. Targeted Onboarding and Incentive Programs:

   • Incentives for social and private organizations to explore blockchain.
   • Provision of treasury funds, memberships, and DAO formalization support.

4. DAO Incubator:

   • Grants for creating and managing DAOs.
   • Digital business assessment tool to track DAOs’ progress.
   • Focus on payment to suppliers, onboarding new DAOs, and receiving payments in KSM.

5. Digital Presence:

   • Implement digital marketing strategies to build community and convert users.
   • Manage social media, SEO, and SEM positioning.
