We submitted a proposal before Decoded for the Ibiza viewing party in PA for discussion, but our proposal was so close to the main Polkadot Decoded event, that there was not enough time to analyse it by the council, between others, then we received an email from "[email protected]") commenting on the possibility of applying to the TIP mechanism and we talked to "[email protected]" also about this possibility so we decided to do it.
