Following up on Kusama runtime upgrade: [**referendum 301**](https://kusama.polkassembly.io/referenda/301) is now up for a vote!

This proposal updates the Kusama Relay Chain and its Asset Hub and Bridge Hub with runtimes pulled from the [Fellowship v1.0.0 release](https://github.com/polkadot-fellows/runtimes/releases/tag/v1.0.0): make sure to vote at your earliest convenience! Note that the proposal has been submitted on the Whitelisted Caller track, meaning the Fellowship is also voting on a proposal [no. 52](https://kusama.subsquare.io/fellowship/referenda/52) to whitelist the submission hash.

This proposal aims to execute with the same goal as [referendum 297](https://kusama.subsquare.io/referenda/297) was supposed to, but failed due to a call issue.

Influx new builders and teams into the Polkadot ecosystem and boost the development of user-centric apps, dApps, and innovative toolings through Easybuild, a three-tiered retroactive reward system. The program aims to attract and integrate new builder teams by providing clear milestones, integrated support and mentorship, and funding. The program is cohort-based and consists of six-month modules that have a "building lag." The target is to attract 10-15 teams every month for 6 months to present their MVPs and initiate prototype development, propel 20 teams total from prototype creation to public beta testing, and onboard at least 6 teams in total, moving from beta testing to ecosystem integration.
