Fearless Wallet is a mobile app for iOS and Android that works with Kusama and Polkadot. It is made by SORAMITSU and is supported by Kusama Treasury. This wallet lets you talk to the blockchain without any extra steps. 

In the third stage, they want to make the app better and add more features, like staking. They also want to make it easier for other apps to work with Substrate networks. High Performance Public Infrastructure - Milestone 1

This proposal is about creating Kusama tutorials in comic form and sharing them on social media. The goal is to attract new users to the Polkadot ecosystem, teach newcomers, and keep everyone updated with news and educational materials. The project will publish one comic every two to three weeks, explaining Polkadot's technical information and developments.

The team behind this project includes a designer and a copywriter with experience in blockchain and social media marketing. They have been interested in Polkadot since 2019 and want to contribute to the project using their communication skills.

The budget for one comic is $510, and the total estimated duration for the project is 12-14 weeks with a total cost of $3060. Substrate has many client SDKs in different languages to interact with blockchains, but they don't support smart contracts. Himalia is a new project that aims to provide a multi-language FRAME Contracts SDK to support WASM DApp development. It will be Patract Hub's 7th project for whole WASM contract development support. Himalia plans to implement SDK support for Golang, Python, Java/Scala/Kotlin, and C#.

PatractGo is a Golang contract SDK that supports micro-service development based on contract status. It will complete the secondary packaging of the contract module interface, parse metadata.json information, support scanning and monitoring of contract status, and provide basic command line tool support for native interaction with the contract.

PatractPy is a Python contract SDK that supports the development of scripts that interact with contracts, including automated scripts for testing. It will complete contract-related RPC interfaces and contract deployment and instantiation-related operations.

The detailed timeline for v0.1 and v0.2 is 5 weeks, with 2 developers working on each. The cost for v0.1 and v0.2 is $21,000, and the treasury proposal is 466 KSM. Verification will be done through unit test cases, Docker, and sample code provided in the README document.
